New round of Syrian negotiations begins on 10th July

GENEVA-27 June 2017: A new round of the Syria negotiations between the Syrian government and the opposition will begin on 10th July, after the declaration of the UN of opening the door for journalists from outside Switzerland to apply for covering the negotiations.

On the other side, the UN announced on Tuesday that the UN Special Envoy to the Syrian Crisis Staffan de Mistura will brief the United Nations Security Council later in the day about the developments of the Syrian crisis.
