1,250 stranded Egyptians return home from Kuwait

KUWAIT CITY, July 26 (MENA) - Kuwait's Directorate of Civil Aviation said Sunday that 1,250 stranded Egyptians in the Gulf country flew home on board eight flights.

In a press statement a copy of which MENA received, the directorate added that four flights carrying 625 Egyptian nationals left for Cairo, two other flights with 290 Egyptians on board left for Sohag, one another carried 190 Egyptians to Alexandria and one flight with 145 passengers on board flew to Sohag.

The flights are operated by AlMasria Universal Airlines, Kuwait's Jazeera Airways, Air Arabia Egypt, FlyEgypt and the Kuwait Airways, read the statement.
