CAIRO – 27 May 2020: Some government agencies will begin on Saturday implementing the decision of Prime Minister Mustafa Madbouli regarding the precautionary and preventive measures to address the spread of the coronavirus pandemic, which will continue for 15 days.

The prime minister’s decree obliged workers and visitors of all markets, shops, government installations, private institutions, banks and all mass transportation, whether public or private,to wear protective masks until further notice.

A source in the Railways Authority confirmed that the prime minister's decision on wearing masks will be made compulsorily and individual trains will only enter after wearing them.

Private and public transportation will resume on Saturday, May 30, and for 15 days from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m.
