Palestine's ambassador thanks Egypt for sending medical aid

Palestine's ambassador to Egypt Diab al-Louh thanked President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and the Egyptian people for sending tens of tons of medical aid and disinfectants to Palestine to confront the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

The ambassador said that this step comes as an affirmation of the distinguished relations between the two countries as well as Egypt's standing with the Palestinian people in all adversity.

The Egyptian Red Crescent Society has offered medical and humanitarian supplies to Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip. The move was made in coordination with the Palestine Red Crescent Society.

Egypt had sent medical supplies and medicines to a number of countries including China, the U.S., Sudan, South Sudan, Italy to help the neighboring state with its battle against COVID-19.
