CAIRO - 28 April 2020: Sources at the Egyptian Coptic Church revealed on Tuesday that the priest of the Marmina Church in Fayoum,TaklaShafiq, was infected with the COVID-19 after he came incontactwith an infected case.

The priest decided to isolate himself, although he hadn't experienced any symptoms; he tested positive on April 28.

This comes after the infection of Father Bishoy Narrows in Qena, and Father SarabamonMitry, the representative of the Archdiocese of Damietta, as well as his wife, and two sons, who were infected with the virus before Easter.
