CAIRO-24 April 2020: The cabinet has dismissed as groundless reports by social media outlets and websites on the shortage of medicine at health quarantine hospitals.

In a statement Friday, the cabinet media center said it contacted the Ministry of Health and Population which affirmed that the drugs and medical supplies are available at the hospitals as part of the state keenness to provide distinguished medical services for citizens.

It appealed to media outlets and social media users to be accurate in publishing such reports and contact with the ministries concerned to verify the reports and avoid confusion.
