CAIRO - 20 February 2020: Prime Minister Mustafa Madbouli met with Kuwaiti Ambassador in Egypt Mohamed Saleh on Tuesday to discuss signing a number of MoUs in several fields between Egypt and Kuwait.

The two sides also discussed the ongoing preparations for the meetings of the joint high committee, on the sidelines of which these agreements will be signed.

Madbouli praised the growing relationships between the two countries, and stressed Egypt's’ appreciation for the bilateral relations with Kuwait. The ambassador delivered an invitation to the prime minister to attend the Kuwait National Day party.

Saleh pointed out that the number of Kuwaiti tourists visiting Egypt increased to 160,000 during the last year, adding that more than 22,000 Kuwaiti students are studying in Egypt.
