CAIRO, Jan 1 (MENA) - Housing Minister Assem el Gazzar directed to expedite work at the Capital Park project in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) to meet the previously set timeline.

This came during a 2nd meeting he had with representatives of the companies implementing the project to review the implementation rates.

In a statement on Wednesday, Gazzar asserted that the project is being closely followed up by the political leadership as it is one of the most important projects in the New Administrative Capital.

An integrated work group has been formed to follow up the implementation of the project, he said.

The Capital Park, spanning an area of 1,000 feddans, is going to be one of the biggest parks around the world, he said, promising that the best materials is being used in building it to meet the highest quality standards.
