Pyramids, Sphinx to light up in celebration of New Year’s Eve

CAIRO - 31 December 2019: Misr Company for Sound, Light and Tourism Development,in coordination with the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities will light up the Pyramids and Sphinx in celebration of New Year's Eve.

Mohamed Abdel Aziz, chairman of the board of directors of the Sound and Light Company told Egypt Today that lighting the Pyramids and Sphinx announces Egypt's celebration of the New Year.

Recently, the Egyptian Company for Sound and Light and Tourism Development has completed the artistic works of introducing the Chinese language to sound and light shows in the Philae and Abu Simbel regions,presenting the sound and light show in nine languages.

The company stated that this development comes within the framework of the company's plan to open new tourism markets, especially that the Chinese tourism market is one of the largest markets.
