Sisi issues decree to amend agreement on technology cooperation with US

CAIRO - 26 December 2019: President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued a decree Thursday approving a fourth amendment to a grant agreement between Egypt and the US signed on August 4, 2019.

The agreement aims to boost cooperation between Cairo and Washington in the field of science and technology.

The House of Representatives already okayed the decree during a session on November 19.

The presidential decree was published in the official gazette today.
