Solidarity Ministry signs cooperation protocol with Clothing Bank on charity initiative

CAIRO - 28 November 2019: The Social Solidarity Ministry signed a cooperation protocol with a private company and the Egyptian Clothing Bank to implement a charity initiative.

In a statement on Thursday, the ministry said protocol is meant to promote cooperation in recycling waste of plastic placards to be reproduced as high-quality school bags.

The recycled bags will be distributed among families listed under Takaful and Karama charity program.

The first stage is meant to secure 10,000 recycled bags annually.
