Grand mufti heads to Vienna to attend conf. on promoting coexistence

CAIRO - 29 October 2019: Egypt's Grand Mufti Shawqi Allam headed on Tuesday to Vienna to participate in a conference on the role of religion, media, policies in confronting hatred and promoting coexistence.

The conference will be held on Wednesday and Thursday.

Allam will deliver a speech at the conference which is organized by King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz International Center for Interreligious and Intercultural Dialogue (KAICIID)

More than 200 leading figures from religious institutions, media people and policy makers will take part in the get-together.
