El ALAMEIN, Egypt- 22 August 2019: The cabinet under Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli on Thursday held its weekly meeting at the New El Alamein City to probe a number of political, economic and social files.
The cabinet is expected to review ministerial reports on the work progress at national projects being implemented in several governorates.
It will also discuss a number of draft laws and decisions that aim to achieve economic and social stability and increase investments in all fields, especially with regard to the sector of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises.
The meeting is due to follow up President Abdel Fattah El Sisi's directives to activate the social security coverage, develop the sectors of health, education and transport, as well as implementing a program for supporting the low-income strata and the comprehensive health insurance program.
