CAIRO - 9 August 2019: President Abdel Fatah al- Sisi sent his best wishes for all Egyptian expatriates worldwide in celebration for Eid al-Adha due to start on Sunday, said state-owned news agency MENA on Friday.

Via the state's embassies and consulates around the globe, President Sisi sent cables of greetings to Egyptian expats on the religious occasion.

Eid al-Adha, or the Grand Feast for the Muslims all over the world, is one of the two most important Islamic holidays. It lasts for four days and honors the willingness of Prophet Abraham to sacrifice his first-born son, Ismail, as an act of submission to God’s command.
