The prime minister said that cooperation in that sector has been going well so far, stating that he looks forward to including other sectors.

The present governmental cooperation is embodied in capacity-building sessions, and promoting a culture of excellence in governmental institutions through Egypt's Government Excellence Award launched in 2018 and other mechanisms. The goal is encouraging positive competition in all state sectors.

The prime minister highlighted that cooperation in the administrative sector complements the outstanding cooperation in the private sector as Egypt has been a favorite destination for Emirati investors. Madbouly added that the governmental cooperation between both countries presents a new cooperation model for Arab states.
