Burhan sworn in as head of Sudan’s transitional military council

KHARTOUM - 13 April 2019: Lieutenant General Abdel Fatah al-Burhan was sworn in as head of the transitional military council of Sudan.

Earlier, Defense Minister Ahmed Awad Ibn Auf gave up the post, just one day after he was sworn in as the head of the transitional council.
