“Moreover, extensive talks were held with World Bank officials and the organizer of the World Expo, where I met with the World Bank vice president for infrastructure affairs to help Egypt become an information technology center in the region and establish projects to support African countries especially that Egypt is in charge of the African Union,” the minister said.
