Al Azhar condoles with families of victims of train accident

CAIRO, Feb 27 (MENA) - Grand Imam of Al Azhar Ahmed el Tayyeb offered condolences to the families of the victims of Cairo train accident on Wednesday.

In a statement, he wished God would invoke his mercy on the victims.

Al Azhar Grand Imam also wished speedy recovery for those injured.

A train locomotive rammed into the buffer stop at the end of the rail tracks at Cairo's main train station in Ramses Square, causing a huge fire and leaving casualties.
