No family is removed from "Takaful and Karama": IDSC

CAIRO - 17 July 2018: The Cabinet Information and Decision Support Center (IDSC) on Tuesday denied reports that 200,000 families will be removed from the pensions lists of "Takaful and Karama" social solidarity program.

According to a report, the IDSC said that it contacted the Social Solidarity Ministry which denied all reports on this score.

No family, of those receiving the program's pensions, has been scrapped from the program, it added.

Reports had been published by social media websites that the 200,000 families will be removed from the program for minimizing expenses.
