House session to discuss report on gov't policy statement adjourned till Tuesday

CAIRO - 15 July 2018: House of Representatives Speaker Ali Abdel-Aal announced on Sunday that a session to discuss an awaited-report in response to the government's policy statement will be adjourned till Tuesday.

Addressing a general session of the legislature, Abdel-Aal told the lawmakers that the adjournment was accepted by the prime minister.

The report will be read out by the parliament's first undersecretary on Tuesday instead of today, he noted.

Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli delivered the policy statement before the parliament on July 3.
