NICOSIA - 19 May 2018: The Cypriot House of Representatives has unanimously condemned Israeli violent acts in the Gaza Strip.

The Cypriot Parliament expressed its readiness to contribute to peace efforts within the framework of its parliamentary diplomatic competencies.

The house pointed out that Israel has used military force, an act that left several defenseless civilians dead, expressing its concerns over such bloody incidents carried out by the Israeli army in the Gaza Strip, voicing its deep regret over the Palestinian killings and injured who included a number of children.

The parliament's general session called on the US government to rescind its decision on relocating its embassy to Jerusalem.
