12 suspects seized, 6 hotbeds damaged in central Sinai

CAIRO – 1 May 2017: Twelve suspects were arrested in a raid launched by the law enforcement troops, according to a statement by Tamer Refaay, Army spokesperson, on his Facebook official page.

Troops seized two engines of zodiac inflatable boats and a car laden with sustenance to support Takfiri elements. Forces of the Third Field Army torched six hotbeds and damaged four motorbikes.

The army’s raid came as a part of the efforts exerted by the law enforcement forces of the Third Field Army to combat terrorism in central Sinai.
