QENA, Egypt - 10 February 2018: A mass popular rally was organized in Qena, south of Cairo, on Saturday, in support of President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi.

Qena Governor Adel Labib, former foreign minister Mohamed el-Orabi, lawmakers, and public figures were present.

Addressing the gathering, Osama el-Hawary, of a pro-Sisi campaign, said Egyptians back the president for a second term.

"They do so as they are aware of conspiracies and plots against Egypt," he said.

Labib, for his part, asserted that Sisi has restored stability, security and safety to the country.

The president also made great achievements in less than four years, he added.
