CAIRO – 28 January 2018: President Abdel Fatah al-sisi’s supporting campaign "Alashan Tbneha" (Let’s Build It) concluded its European tour on Sunday.

The campaign’s meeting, held in Frankfurt, Germany, was attended by the heads of 11 Egyptian communities in Europe, including the General Secretariat of the Federation of the Egyptians in Europe, and crowds of young people.

MP Mahmoud Hussein, head of the Egyptian expatriate sector at the federation, praised the achievements made in various fields and sectors during the first term of President Sisi.

The meeting also discussed some of the participant Egyptian youth's views about the problems facing the young generations in Egypt and the world, and the importance of actively integrating them in the political life and decision-making process.

The meeting was also attended by Tharwat Kadis, head of the Egyptian community in Germany, Mahmoud Fadl, secretary general of the federation, Mohammed al-Batout, member of the federation’s general secretariat, chairman of the Egyptian Business Council in Dubai and the coordinator of the campaign in Dubai, Bulgaria, Ukraine and Hungary.

Launched in mid-September, "Let's Build It" aims to collect signatures of support for incumbent President Sisi, urging him to run for a second term as the head of state.

The campaign started its international tour in early December to promote Sisi’s achievements during his first four years in office abroad.

To date, President Sisi is the sole presidential candidate for the upcoming elections after the withdrawal of his only-eligible candidate from the race.

The presidential election is set to take place from March 26-28, with a possible run-off scheduled for April 24-26. If no run-offs are necessary, the winner will be announced on April 2
