Agriculture ministers of Egypt, Germany confer on strategic partnership

BERLIN - 20 January 2018: Egyptian Agriculture Minister Abdel Men'em el Banna has held talks with his German counterpart Christian Schmidt on a strategic partnership between the two countries to achieve sustainable development.

Banna said in a statement to MENA on Saturday that the meeting focused on joint projects in the fields of food security and agricultural technical education.

Banna will also hold talks with his French and Ukrainian counterparts to discuss efforts to serve the best interests of all three countries.
