AL BAYDA, Libya - 21 December 2017: The Libyan foreign ministry affiliated to the interim government on Wednesday condemned a ballistic missile attack launched by Yemen's Houthi militants against the Saudi capital Riyadh.

In a statement, a copy of which was obtained by the Libyan news agency in Al Bayda, the ministry expressed its full solidarity with Saudi Arabia in the face of any state or terrorist group trying to undermine the kingdom’s security and stability.

The Houthi rocket, fired from Yemen, was intercepted by Saudi air defense forces, according to the Saudi-led Arab coalition.
