SANAA - 10 December 2017: Yemeni Foreign Minister Abdel-Malek al-Mekhlafi said on Sunday that Houthis escalated abusing opposition and resistance members in Yemen, Sky News reported.

“The road to peace is better than the road to war,” he said, adding that the Yemeni legitimate government will always be ready for reaching peace according to the three terms of reference namely the outcome of the Gulf initiative, the outcome of national dialogue, and the resolutions of the United Nations Security Council.

He added that hopes for a peaceful solution were fading after Houthis assassinated former president Ali Abdullah Saleh.
