CAIRO - 30 November 2017: Romanian Ambassador to Cairo Mihai Ștefan Stuparu reiterated his country's strong condemnation of all acts of violence and its full commitment to fighting all forms of international terrorism and extremism.

The diplomat offered his heartfelt condolences to the Egyptian people over the victims of Friday's bloody mosque attack.

He added that cooperation between Egypt and Romania witnessed positive development over the past year in light of the convocation of the joint higher committee meetings and two businessmen forums, mutual ministerial visits and the meeting between President Abdel Fattah El Sisi and his Romanian counterpart Klaus Iohannis on the sidelines of the UN general assembly meetings in New York.
