CAIRO - 25 November 2017: The Egyptian Air Force pursued the perpetrators of the Friday attack on an Arish mosque, destroying a number of pickups used in the atrocity and killing the “terrorists” on board.

Other “terrorist hotbeds” were also discovered and targeted in cooperation between the Air Force and forces on the ground.

A total of 30 “terrorists” were killed in a raid on the Risan town of Central Sinai Friday, a security source told Sky News Arabia a few hours earlier.

The elements killed were reportedly complicit in an attack on a mosque in Arish that claimed the lives of 235 worshipers earlier Friday.

Security forces have since been deployed in vast areas in North Sinai, including mountainous terrains in search for the perpetrators.

President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi has promised a “deterring punishment” and “brute force” in avenging the victims.
