CAIRO - 20 November 2017: Secretary General of the Arab League Ahmed Abul Gheit said Sunday the AL Member States unanimously agreed on rejecting the Iranian approach and actions.

Addressing a press conference following the meeting of the Arab foreign minister, the AL chief added that Lebanon had reservations only about decisions relating to Hezbollah.

The Arab group at the United Nations is tasked with clarifying the Iranian violations related to supplying the Houthis with ballistic missiles, Abul Gheit said.

He did not rule out that the second step would be to address the Security Council on the Iranian violations.

The AL chief said the Iraqi position regarding the resolution would be received within days.
