Cabinet amends prisons organization law

CAIRO - 15 November 2017: The cabinet approved on Wednesday a bill to amend some provisions of law no. 3396 of 1956 concerning the organization of prisons.

The cabinet also passed a presidential decree approving a 200,000-Kuwaiti-dinar grant from the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development for the cultivation of 100,000 feddans using greenhouses.

The cabinet also approved the prime minister's draft resolution amending some provisions of the executive regulations of a law on organizing universities.
