CAIRO – 10 November 2017: Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry said that foreign youths who have participated in the World Youth Forum (WYF) will voice their kind impression about Egypt to their countries, adding that Egypt peruses peace, stability and its people interest.

In a call-in during a televised program, Shoukry noted that more than 110 countries participated in the WYF, which was held in Sharm El-Sheikh under the auspices of President Abdel-Fatah al-Sisi.

The forum witnessed fruitful discussions among a raft of youth coming from different countries around the world.

Egypt’s first international youth event is set to run until November 10, bringing together 3,000 youths represented by 60 delegations from around the world.

The five-day gathering witnesses the participation of official youth representatives over 18 years old, leaders of various youth networks, heads of state, media figures and around 250 young Egyptian expats. It is held under the theme "We Need to Talk."
