CAIRO – 7 November 2017: A number of participants in the World Youth Forum, held in Sharm El-Sheikh, displayed their handmade products on the sidelines of the forum on Monday.

The displayed products included folkloric clothes, Islamic artifacts made of silver and copper, and artifacts decorated with poetry verses.

Explaining the products’ advantages, Dalia Abdel Fatah, one of the participants in the exhibition said, "These high-quality products are made of original materials. They are, however, cheap compared to imported products."

Engy Magdy said that she mainly uses wicker, knit fabric adorned with beads and glitter for her products, and that they are high-quality Egyptian products.
The WYF is one of the best factors that would help promote our products, as it gathers thousands of youth from different nationalities, Yasmine Mahmoud, one of the participants, stated.

The WYF brings together 3,000 young people, represented by 60 delegations from all around the world, in an effort to explore key issues facing youth and determine their role in implementing global development goals and combating terrorism.
