CAIRO – 4 November 2017: About 1,000 people will gather on Saturday in Cologne, Germany, to protest climate talks, According to media reports.

German police also said more than 9,000 people will gather at the Münsterplatz Square in Bonn and the two groups will gather in Bonn near the venue of the KUB23 summit.

The summit will discuss the importance of implementing the historic Paris Agreement reached in 2015, in the light of the U.S. withdrawal from the agreement.

The conference will be held from November 6 to 17, with 20,000 participants, in addition to more than 500 nongovernmental organizations and 1,000 journalists.
