BEIRUT - 4 November 2017: Speaker of the Lebanese Parliament Nabih Berri will visit Egypt soon to discuss ties with Cairo, Egyptian Ambassador in Beirut Nazeih el Naggary said on Friday.

The diplomat made the remarks following a meeting with Berri to discuss the relations and the conditions in regional countries.

They touched on also Egypt’s efforts to maintain a recent Palestinian reconciliation deal, the ambassador said.

Naggary asserted that Berri plays a key role in maintaining stability in Lebanon.
