ARIS - 26 October 2017: Egypt and France contribute to the stability of the Mediterranean region, said French Interior Minister Gerard Collomb on Thursday.

Speaking to MENA after meeting Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi in Paris, he said France is well aware of the dangers of having an unstable Mediterranean region, underlining the importance his country attaches to restoring peace and stability in the region.

He added that his talks with Sisi covered enhancing bilateral cooperation, achieving stability in the region, settling crises in Syria and Iraq and forming a stable government in Libya.
