14 Daesh militants killed in western Anbar

BAGHDAD - 18 October 2017: The Popular Mobilization Forces announced the killing of 14 Daesh militants in the western desert of Al Anbar in Iraq, the Iraqi news agency reported Wednesday.

In a statement by Commander of the popular mobilization of the western axis of the province Qasim Musleh, he said that with the coordination of the Iraqi air force, the troops killed 14 terrorists and destroyed four vehicles, carrying medium and heavy weapons.

He added that the Iraqi air force devastated Daesh defense lines, which provided platform for sporadic Daesh attacks.
