BAGHDAD - 14 October 2017: Displaced residents in Anbar in western Iraq will return to their homes upon directives from Prime Minister Haider Abadi , said a local senior official on Saturday.

The orders are limited to the families, whose territories have been retaken from Daesh, said Khodair al-Rashid, a member of the local council of Amiriyat Al-Smood district.

Residents of other lands will stay in camps until they are liberated, he added.
