CAIRO - 02 October 2017: The Egyptian community in Austria demonstrated before the Qatari embassy in Vienna, denouncing the role of Qatar in supporting and financing terrorism in the Middle East.

The demonstrators objected to Qatar’s harboring and funding of terrorist organizations who have been actively involved in the affairs of the Arab world.

Protests against Qatar have intensified in the Arab region and abroad. Egyptians have previously protested against Qatar in the vicinity of the United Nations in New York City. Protesters have echoed Arab states’ demands for regime change and the closure of Al-Jazeera, as well as the extradition of Islamic radicals harbored in Qatar.
