Egypt takes part in 7th Beijing International Art Biennale

BEIJING - 25 September 2017: Egyptian fine artists are taking part in the 7th Beijing International Art Biennale, which kicked off Sunday at the National Art Museum of China under the theme of "The Silk Road and World Civilization".

The 7th Beijing biennale is co-sponsored by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, the Beijing Municipal Government and China Artists Association.

The Egyptian exhibits are mostly covering the Silk Road and the Egyptian-Chinese links made through the ancient trade route, head of the cultural and scientific cooperation office of the Egyptian Embassy in Beijing Hussein Ibrahim told MENA.

The biennale will last to October 15.
