BAGHDAD, Sept 22 2017: Commander of Hawija military operations Abdel Amir Rashid Yarallah announced Friday the liberation of 19 villages from terrorist Daesh group in the center of Iraqi Hawija district in Kirkuk province.

Yarallah was quoted by Iraqi Al Sumaria TV news channel as saying the Iraqi forces in cooperation with Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) managed to liberate the villages from Daesh.

Earlier in the day, the PMF announced the liberation of three villages in eastern Al Shirqat town in western Hawija, near Salahudin Province in central Iraq.
