Haftar confers with Congolese president on Libyan crisis

BENGHAZI17 September 2017: Commander in Chief of the Libyan Armed Forces Khalifa Haftar on Sunday met with President of Congo Denis Sassou Nguesso at the presidential palace in Brazzaville.

Haftar arrived in Congo on Saturday at an official invitation from the Congolese president.

The two sides tackled viewpoints on the Libyan crisis as well as the lastest developments reached by AU Commission on Libya
