BEIJING - 13 Sep 2017: Egypt's Prosecutor General Nabil Sadeq and his Chinese counterpart Cao Jiangming have signed a memorandum of understanding to exchange legal information and make judicial appointments in line with local and international laws.

They signed the MoU in a meeting on the fringe of the 22nd annual conference of the international association of attorneys general, currently taking place here.

The meeting took up efforts to fight transnational organized crime (TOC) and all forms of terrorism, Sadeq said in statements to MENA correspondent in Beijing Wednesday.

Sadeq said he and Cao also talked about ways to protect prosecutors while on duty.

The idea of establishing an international network of information on terrorism cases was also probed, Sadeq added.
