CAIRO - 8 September 2017: Deputy Foreign Minister for African Affairs Ambassador Hamdi Sanad Loza will head Friday to Brazzaville in order to lead Egypt's delegation at the high-level meeting of the heads of the African Union states and Libya's neighboring countries.

Congo Republic President Denis Sassou Nguesso will inaugurate Saturday the meeting, which will be attended by Egyptian Ambassador in Tripoli Mohamed Abu Bakr, Speaker of the Libyan House of Representatives Aguila Saleh and head of the Libyan Presidential Council Fayez al Sarraj.

The meeting will also be attended by the African Union’s envoy to Libya and former president of Tanzania Jakaya Kikwete as well as the United Nations envoy to the conflict-torn country Ghassan Salame.
