BENGHAZI – 7 September 2017: Libyan military commander Khalifa Haftar officially apologized for participating in the African Summit on the Libyan crisis on Saturday in Brazzaville, Khalifa Al Obeidi, director of the Press Office of the Libyan General Command said on Thursday.

The members of the African commission on Libya namely Niger, Mauritania, South Africa, Ethiopia and Republic of the Congo as well as Libya’s neighboring countries including Tunisia, Algeria, Niger, Chad, Sudan and Egypt will participate in the Summit. The Summit will discuss the Libyan crisis and ways to solve it.
