Sisi to deliver speech to BRICS Summit Monday

XIAMEN - 3 September 2017: President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi is scheduled Monday to deliver a speech to a special session on Egypt, within the BRICS Summit, currently hosted in China's Xiamen.

The speech will deal with the Egyptian experience in implementing a sustainable economic growth program, and the investment opportunities offered by the the country through its various national projects, presidential spokesman Alaa Youssef said in statements Sunday.

Sisi's program tomorrow also includes a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin to discuss a number of bilateral and international issues of common concern, he added.

The president will also take part in a banquet and a concert, to be hosted by the Chinese president in honor of the leaders attending the summit meetings.
