Iraqi army controls Jebel Sasan in Tel Afar district.

BAGHDAD - 29 Aug 2017: Iraqi forces took control over Jebel Sasan in Tel Afar district.

The Popular Mobilization Units said on Tuesday in a statement that they controlled Jebel Sasan south of Al Ayadiyah in Tal Afar, reported the Iraqi media news agency.

The Iraqi units along with popular mobilization units had earlier of Tuesday liberated the village of Gulu Bash, east of Ayadiyah.
