MOSCOW - 28 August 2017: An explosive device went off in a parked car in Ufa, the capital of the Russian Republic of Bashkortostan, injuring a man who was inside, RIA Novosti reported.

Investigators believe the man was targeted.

The incident occurred on Monday morning on Armavirskaya Street near a shopping center. The explosion rattled the inside of the parked Kia Rio car.
