Gang arrested over check fraud

CAIRO - 24 August 2017: A gang was arrested over forging a check of EGP1.8 million.

It turned out that the name of the man for whom the check was issued was for a man who died in 2000.

Two employees at the bank helped a third man to forge the check through providing him with all needed data.

All needed legal measures were taken against the criminals.
