Ismail strips Ihsan Qara of Egyptian nationality

CAIRO - 17 August 2017: Prime Minister Sherif Ismail decided on Thursday to strip Ihsan Gabr el Qara of his Egyptian nationality.

Qara obtained the Egyptian nationality in December 2012.

The decision was taken over Qara's joining of military conscription of a foreign state and serving at its security authority without getting a permit in advance.
